Professional actor Ron Ware discovered acting at a young age in church. Church skits turned into oratorical contests and eventually high school musicals. Ron continued his passion for acting with the Kalamazoo Black Civic theater group and the Western Michigan University Department of Theatre. He later appeared in independent and student films and once played Malcolm X in the play “The Meeting” at the famous Stella Adler Academy of Acting & Theatre, all while living in Los Angeles for eight years. Upon his return to Michigan in 2009, he promptly booked an independent feature film and a Delta Airlines national commercial. Ron has had guest star and co-star roles on network TV’s “Chicago Med,” “Chicago Fire” and “Detroit 1-8-7.” Some of his local credits include: “Of Mice and Men,” “12 Angry Men,” “A Few Good Men,” “Fences,” “Raisin in the Sun” and several Face Off Theatre Company productions.
