PLAY SUBMISSIONS
WE'RE LOOKING FOR TALENT!
Face Off Theatre is looking for NEW WORK from local playwrights. We’re looking to foster a community of dramatic writers right here in Kalamazoo. We’re looking for 10 minute and one act plays that help fit our mission of creating cross-cultural dialogue through new and innovative pieces. Plays selected will receive a workshop AND a concert reading. You will be able to receive feedback from other local writers and Face Off Theatre Company Members many of which are professionally trained actors, directors, and/or writers. Email [email protected]m for questions or to submit your piece. We encourage anyone who has something they’d like to share to submit.
Please submit your plays in standard play format (ask if you’re not sure, we will gladly provide you an example) as either a Word doc or a PDF. We prefer completed works but will take excerpts from longer pieces if the excerpt can stand on its own as a completed piece.
