In Yoga & Movement for Artists: Body as Story, the body becomes both instrument and narrative. Designed for singers, dancers, poets, musicians, and multidisciplinary artists, this workshop blends yoga, rhythm, breath, and creative exploration to unlock greater emotional access, physical awareness, and expressive freedom. Participants will be guided to listen deeply, release what’s held, and embody their artistry in new and powerful ways.
