Earlene McMichaelBrand Marketing & Social Media ManagerEarlene is an actress, playwright and, recently, director, as well as a journalist and communications professional. She debuted as a playwright at the February 2018 "Black Lives, Black Words" global playwriting project at Western Michigan University ("You're Gonna Learn Today"). She became a director in summer 2020 with two virtual plays (“I’m Not Buying It” & "I Am A Woman”) for Face Off Theatre Company, where she is its Brand Marketing and Social Media Manager. Earlene’s acting credits include three All Ears Theatre radio plays, four Face Off stage productions (“Been Lovin’ You,” “Lyrical Invasion,” "Rich Soil" & “Amazing Grace”), and two community plays (“Eternity” & “A Father’s Heart”). She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Cornell University and a master’s degree in journalism from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
